El Dorado is located in the hills above Altea. This spacious 3-storey villa features a private pool and a large terrace with sea views. The villa has 2 twin bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The air-conditioned lounge has sofas, a TV and DVD player, and the kitchen includes an oven, hob and microwave, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Outside there is a sun terrace with an outdoor shower. The villa also has a shaded terrace with a built-in barbecue, table and chairs. Free parking is available on site. Campomanes Yacht Club is around 10 minutes' drive from El Dorado, and Don Cayo Golf Club is just 2 minutes away. You can drive to Benidorm in 20 minutes.

Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 175 per week.
Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 179.97 per week.
Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay.
Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100.
Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 600, to be charged in the case of damages. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot, 41 , 03530 La Nucía (Alicante) . Please inform El Dorado in advance of your expected arrival time.
