This spacious villa is located on the La Finca golf course on the first line. From the large terrace you can enjoy views of the holes 4 and 5 and the wide landscape. The villa is luxuriously furnished to make your stay as perfect as possible to offer. The villa has a large private pool but you can also enjoy the communal swimming pools on the resort. Access to the domain where the villa is located is closed by a gate which only the tenants / owners can be opened. It is a quiet and safe environment. La Finca golf course is approximately 10 km from the coast with long sandy beaches and is therefore ideal for a combination of golf and relax by the sea or in your villa. The villa is a paradise for golfers and sun worshipers. There are twenty 18-hole golf courses, situated within a radius of 25km around the villa. The town of Torrevieja is 10km. and daytime and evening fun to visit, with the boulevard, marina and numerous terraces, bars, shops and a night in the season and a permanent funfair.
