Can Talou is an attractive small villa located in Talamanca. just a stones throw away from all the action but secluded enough to get away from it all.The beach of Talamanca is only about a 2 minute drive away and Salinas is about 6 km. away. The golf club is 3 km. away and the nearest shops and restaurants are about 1 km. away.The garden is fenced in for complete privacy and has a security gate (not electric). Inside there is parking space for one car. In the garden is a small swimming pool with decked sunbathing area and natural stone terraces.The house has an open plan living area with a comfortable sitting area by the chimney and a dining area opposite with a view towards the terrace. There is a television and DVD-player. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with amongst other things a dishwasher and washing machine.There are three bedrooms. two of them with a double bed and one with two singel beds. There are two bathrooms. one with a bathtub and toilet and one with a shower and toilet. In all bedrooms you ll have air conditioning.
