Detached house with private pool and garden located close to the center of Sant Pere Pescador at only 1200 meters from the beach and surrounded by the natural park of L'Empordà Marshes ( this park is the second largest of its kind in Catalonia as it concentrates a large number of indigenous species of flora and fauna). The house has one floor, with living room with direct access to garden and pool, fully equipped kitchen with access to garage, three bedrooms for 8 persons. Equipped with WiFi internet connection, satellite TV. Sant Pere Pescador is a quiet seaside village surrounded by fields where you can hike or bike trails. A few kilometers away is ideal for shopping Figueres and visit the various museums to highlight the Dali Museum, there are the ruins of Empúries is one of the most important archaeological sites in Catalonia. Old Port, successive Greek cities (Emporion) and Roman (Emporiae) were the gateway to the classical cultures of the Iberian Peninsula. The preserved remains are a privileged witness. For those who prefer to enjoy a day of Barcelona is just 140 km.
