This is a 5-room house 200 m² on 2 levels, bright, located 4 km from the centre of Pals, the sea and the beach, in a cul-de-sac. It has a private swimming pool and a garden. The property has a living/dining room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms, on the ground floor, whilst on the upper floor, there's a gallery bedroom. Also part of the property are a furnished terrace and patio. Please note that the TV is only available in Spanish. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found 800 m from the property, whilst railway station Flaca is 25 km away. Please note that the use of a car is essential.
