Clean white surfaces are harmoniously complemented with discretely placed decorative details to create a bright and airy, yet welcoming home which exudes warmth. The cream parquet flooring and fluffy area rugs invite you to take your shoes off after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, and relax with some TV in the living room. Air conditioning and soundproofing are there to ensure maximum comfort.

The sleek, modern kitchen is equipped with everything from a traditional oven to a built-in microwave and a dishwasher. Grab a quick meal at the breakfast bar or take your time and enjoy a wholesome dinner in the dining area.

For a good night’s sleep, retreat to one of the 2 double bedrooms, each boasting access to a private bathroom. Hairdryer and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Paseo de Gracia Boulevard, lined with high-end boutiques and Gaudi’s architectural gems, is practically on your doorstep. For a more relaxed stroll but still a chance to do some shopping, turn right as you leave the apartment and cross the 50 metres that separate you from the lovely Rambla de Cataluña Street, boasting a wide pedestrian area dotted with cafés and restaurants. Although you probably won’t need to use the metro much, thanks to the apartment’s central location, it’s good to know that the Diagonal Metro Station is just around the corner.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
