Please note that the following charges apply in the case of late check-in:
EUR 30 for arrivals after 21:00.
EUR 50 for arrivals after 23:00.

Early check-in and late check-out have an extra cost of minimum EUR 30. They are only available upon request, depending on availability.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be blocked on your credit card and will be released subject to a damage inspection at the end of stay. The apartment should be in a clean condition and perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the deposit will not be refunded.

Extra cleaning of apartments can be requested for a surcharge of EUR 30.

Noise should be kept to a minimum level after 21:00 and parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment and all common areas.

The replacement of lost/stolen keys will incur a charge of EUR 50 per key.

The guest who made the booking is responsible for the appropriate behaviour of other guests staying with them. The establishment has the right to ask any misbehaving guests to leave, with no means of reimbursement and without returning the deposit.
