Inspired by Ceres, the Roman Godess of Agriculture, this design hotel is set in a former flour mill. Located in the historic centre of Lerma, it offers a gourmet restaurant and a spa, 300 metres from the Ducal Palace. Hotel Spa Ceres’s elegant, air-conditioned rooms are bright and spacious and feature free Wi-Fi, free minibar, plasma TV and a selection of teas. Deluxe rooms also have a comfortable lounge area. The chic La Fábrica de Ceres Restaurant offers a gourmet table service at breakfast. À la carte lunches and traditional dinners with a modern twist are all made using local market produce. The Salutem per Aquam Spa is located by the old wheat stores, and offers a sauna, water circuits and massage and facial treatments.
