It enjoys a good view of the valley with the village of San Miguel in the background.The beautiful bay of Benirràs is nearby. It has a sandy beach and many attractive small bays. The restaurants offer good food. The villa is on one level, it has a lovely interior and is tastefully decorated. Most of the rooms are built around a small patio with attractive mature plants. There is a covered terrace at the front of the house with comfortable furniture and plants. There is also a sunbathing terrace with a (10 x 5 m) swimming pool. The villa has a well lit living area with a comfortable lounge suite and an open fireplace. There is a pleasant reading room. The large, luxury kitchen has a cooking island with a gas cooker and oven. There is a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a generously sized wooden dining table. A sliding door opens onto the covered terrace. The bedroom a large double bed and a bathroom with 2 wash basins, bath, shower and toilet. There is plenty of cupboard space. In the wing of the house are two small bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. They share a bathroom. A guest toilet is in the hall.
