Luca Mar is a luxurious, bright villa near Roca Llisa. It is close to a golf course, just after the exit to Cala Llonga. You will enjoy complete relaxation and privacy here. There is a large natural stone terrace, enclosed by walls, behind the house. The terrace has a swimming pool of 12 metres x 5 metres. You can relax around the pool and built-in barbecue area on comfortable sun loungers. There is also a covered terrace with a large dining table and sitting area. The villa is 15 km from Ibiza City and 1.5 km from the delightful Llonga Beach. You'll find several charming coves and a golf course just a few kilometres away. The spacious entrance leads to a hall with a WC and a pantry with a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a door to the terrace. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and two washbasins. The two upstairs bedrooms each have two single beds and access to the roof terrace. They share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. All bedrooms have a fan and a safe. The spacious living room has a fireplace and a cosy sitting area with satellite TV, DVD player, internet access, sound system and an iPod docking station. The open kitchen is fitted with a ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen has direct access to a covered terrace with a large dining table and sitting area. All windows are secured with bars.
