The villa is just outside the charming town of Santa Eulalia. in the quiet Siesta neighbourhood. The beach. restaurants and shops are nearby. The house has a large enclosed. private garden of about 1200 m². There are comfortable lounge chairs under shady palm trees and some more chairs on a covered terrace. About 100 metres away. in a nearby communal garden. you will find the large communal swimming pool. There is a separate childrens pool and a covered terrace with a restaurant which is perfect for dining in the shade. The beach is 500 metres from the house. It is excellent for children as it half sheltered by a pier and the water is shallow near the beach. There are shops. restaurants and bars throughout the neighbourhood. You ll find a good restaurant just 10 metres away. You can enjoy every kind of water sports here. The villa is 1 km from the charming town of Santa Eulalia and 15 km from Ibiza Town. Santa Eulalia and San Carlos have well-known hippie markets. The delightful coves of Cala Lena. Cala Nova. Agua Blancas and Es Figueral are around 8 km away. You enter the house by a small hallway. You then step into the colourful living room. The living room has various seating areas and a dining area. There is an open kitchen with a ceramic hob. oven. refrigerator/freezer. microwave and dishwasher. The living room has French windows that open onto a delightful terrace with a wooden dining table and sitting area. The quiet garden has comfortable lounge chairs which are perfect for relaxing. The terrace has an outside shower. There is a bathroom with shower. sink and a toilet next to the kitchen. Two beautifully furnished bedrooms are on the first floor. both with double beds.
