Casa Aina is an attractive Spanish villa with a comfortable interior. The villa lies in a hilly country area near San José. You will enjoy complete calm and privacy here. There are splendid panoramic views of the valley with the sea in the background. There is a covered terrace at the front of the house with a comfortable seating area. You enter a covered terrace. with dining table. from the kitchen. The (4.5m x 10m) swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace with delightful views. There is a separate outside shower with toilet and wash-hand basin. There is also a covered terrace at the side of the sun terrace with a childrens play area and a brick-built barbecue. The villa is a few minutes by car from San José (about 8 km.) and around 18 km from Ibiza Town. There are many attractive beaches in the nearby area such as Cala Tarida. Cala Jondal. La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent. They are all good for food.The living area is in typical Spanish style. It is welcoming and comfortable. It has two large sofas around an open fireplace and a dining area. The master bedroom is reached from the living area. It has a double bed and French windows which lead onto the terrace. The bathroom has a small bath. shower. wash basin. bidet and toilet. There are two twin bedrooms at the other side of the living area. They share a bathroom. The spacious. light kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob. oven. large fridge. microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has dining furniture and opens onto the terrace. The washing machine is in the garage. In this garage is an extra bathroom.
