Pretty and spacious 3 bedroom stone clad villa. situated in a privileged position only 3 kms for the old town of Pollensa and surrounded by the mountains which form the scenic Sierra de Tramuntana .This villa has 2 floors. on the ground floor the main entrance and hallway is accessed via the covered terrace. a fully fitted kitchen. lounge/dining room with television and DVD. there is also a bathrrom with shower and utility room which can be accessed from the exterior.On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. one with twin beds and the other 2 which have a double bed in each and one of these also offers a terrace with beautiful mountsain views. All three bedrooms share a fully fitted bathroom.at the front of the property there is a large lawned area surround the pool and the lovely mountain views.
