A modern villa surrounded by many palm, lemon, mandarin and orange trees. The villa was renovated in 2003, has a nice combination of old and new architecture and fully meets the requirements of a luxury villa. Besides a spacious living-dining room the house offers a large kitchen and five bedrooms including two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The house has three bathrooms, one with jacuzzi. Heating, air conditioning and WiFi are not missing here. The great garden of 800m2 with swimming pool of 60m2 gives you many places to relax. The villa is centrally located, near the town of Inca, the vineyards and next to the famous Tramuntana Mountains. A perfect base with all attractions within reach. Palma is 20 min drive, Alcudia and Monastery Lluc, the beach and the famous Castell d'Alaro ditto.
