This typical farmhouse in natural stone with a private swimming pool has a very rural location within walking distance of the famous caves of Campanet and only a 5 min. drive away of the town itself. Perfect backdrop of the local countryside and the Tramuntana mountains afar. At the back of the holiday home you can sit in the shade of the roofed patio. with a purpose built barbecue area and an attractive fountain in sandstone. surrounded by pretty trees and flowers. You can enjoy a relaxed lunch here. A few steps further you will reach the exceptional 10m x 4.5m swimming pool surrounded by dwarf palm trees. almond trees and a luxurious lawn. WARNING: There is a pond with a bridge next to the front door and small children will have to be accompanied.
