Apartment block San Carlos was built in 1995, renovated in 2003. it locates in the resort 3 km from the centre of Málaga, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. For shared use one will have: grounds 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (depth 120 - 220 cm, 01.06.-15.09.). Here one will have also paddling pool, outside shower and children's playground. In the house there is a lift. Shop and grocers are in 500 m, restaurant in 20 m, bus stop in 500 m, railway station in 5 km and sandy beach in 500 m distance. Golf course in in 2 km, tennis 2 km away. Please note: the complex has night security. The building is very close from the sea promenade Antonio Banderas, a park with animals and a large artificial lagoon. Ideal for families. Groups of young people are not permitted. Please respect the community rules.
