This apartment block is situated 1 kilometer from the centre of Estepona, ina quiet, sunny position, 200 meters from the sea and the beach. This one-room studio is on the ground floor. In the living/sleeping room you can relax on the french bed. Dining table, TV, electric heating and fan are to your disposal. In the kitchenette are two hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine. Bathroom has a bath, toilet an a bidet. On the terrace you can relax on its furniture, barbeque is to your disposal. For the shared use is a fenced garden with lawn, 3 swimming pools opened all year, children's playground. A restaurant is 250 meters away from the property, a bus stops 50 meters away, golf course is 1 km away.
