Rosario is a terraced house located 500m from the beach. It is suitable for up to 5 people and offers view of the mountains and the resort. The house, split in two levels, features a living room/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace on the lower floor. The kitchen is equipped with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. One bedroom, one bathroom and a balcony are located on the upper floor. A garden and a swimming pool are available for shared use. Several shops and restaurants are located within 1km. The golf course is located 500m from the property.
