The Altos De La Quinta is a 4-room apartment situated in a south-west facing position, 15 km from the centre of Marbella, outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Puerto Banús, 6 km from the sea, on the golf course. It offers a view of the swimming pool and the countryside. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC and double hand-basin (private) and 2 rooms with 2 beds each (80 cm, length 190 cm). The living/dining room has a satellite-TV and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. The house has facilities such as air-conditioning, warm air heating. There is a 15 m2 terrace with furniture, barbecue and deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. For shared use there is the garden with lawn and the swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Supermarket is located 3 km away, a restaurant at 5 km, a sandy beach at 6 km. A Golf course (18 hole) is within 300 m. The resort is in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 60 km south from Málaga, 80 km north-east from Algeciras. There are shops and restaurants in the resort. From the resort you can visit Playa de Nagüeles, Puente Romano, Rio Verde, Playa de Los Monteros, Don Carlos and las Chapas.
