A baby cot is also available upon request. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.

In the centre of a luscious garden, 700 metres from the sandy beach of Nikiti, House Antaya will soothe you with views of the Aegean Sea and the mountains. The split-level villa is just 1 km from local tavernas and shops.

The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and sofas in warm colours. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your meals and a spacious dining area. You will feel like home in the peaceful bedrooms upstairs.

Enjoy the warm, sunny mornings in the garden with a cup of coffee, in one of the many seating areas, just listening to the birds. When the sun sets you can indulge in a barbecue dinner at the outdoor table, under the pergola. A slide and swings are provided for young children as well as a basketball facility.

If you want to, the owners are happy to organize excursions in the area for you or prepare a picnic basket. You can visit the verdant village of Neos Marmaras at a distance of 17 km. Your car can be safely parked at the House Antaya.
