Spacious and bright three-room apartment is comfortable and has modern furnishings. In a open living/dining room with skylight you will find: one double sofa bed, dining table, cable-TV, radio and CD-player. In a double bedroom with sloping ceilings with skylight is a satellite-TV. Open kitchen has 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine with small bar. The house has separated toilet and bathroom. On the top floor: is an open gallery with double sofa bed and exit to the terrace on the roof with a panoramic view. Room cleaning daily on request (extra charges). Bread roll service and beverage service possible. Individual garage, public parking on the road. Grocers 20 m, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, underground station "U3 Schlachthausgasse" 200 m.
