This newly built luxury chalet (2012) in Mauterndorf leaves nothing to be desired! The detached chalet that you sole occupancy located on the outskirts of Mauterndorf in the beautiful and sunny Lungau. You feel right at home as you enter. The chalet is comfortably furnished and equipped with every conceivable luxury. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and each bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV. There is an in-house wellness with jacuzzi. sauna and walk in shower. There is a double garage with ski storage skibootsheater and there is WIFI Internet at home. The living room of this chalet is very spacious and tastefully decorated with a cozy original Austrian dining area and a luxury kitchen with all comfort amenities. There is even a cozy fireplace for cozy winter evenings. From the chalet and from the various sunny terraces and balconies you have a nice view of the mountains. the valley and the picturesque village Mauterndorf. The chalet is located in Mauterndorf in the heart of the Lungau.
