The living/dining room has a dining table, cable-TV, flat screen TV and stereo unit. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 small double bedroom. The open kitchen has 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and an electric coffee machine. The house has central heating, washing machine and terrace furniture. There is motor access to the house and walking paths from the house. A supermarket is located at 3 km, there is a restaurant at 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 80 m and indoor swimming pool at 500 m, thermal baths "Therme Gastein" 3 km away, a golf course is 1 km away, a tennis court is 1 km, riding stables 1 km, skisport facilities and school are 3 km away, there is a ski bus stop 50 m: Please note: free of charge ski bus.
