- Early check-in before 16:00 is upon availability and at an extra cost of EUR 30;
- Late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 has an extra cost of EUR 30;
- Late check-in from 00:00 onward has an extra charge of EUR 50.

- Late check-out after 11:00 is upon livability and at an extra cost of EUR 30;
- Early check-out between 00:00 and 06:00 has an extra cost of EUR 50;
- Late check-in between 06:00 and 08:00 has an extra charge of EUR 30.

Please note that baby equipment (highchair, cot, bathtub) is available at an extra cost of EUR 5 per day, per set.

Transfer to and from the airport is available, at a cost of EUR 50 up to 4 people, and EUR 60 to 5-8 people.

A mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 30 is payable upon reservation.

An extra cleaning fee of EUR 50 applies to stays of up to 4 nights. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
