This stylish retreat on Waiheke Island features a large sun terrace with heated plunge pool, spa pool and stunning sea views. There are built-in speakers throughout, as well as heating, air conditioning and satellite TV in all bedrooms. Completed in 2011, this award-winning house in Little Oneroa is a 5-minute drive from Matiatia Bay ferry terminal, with Auckland city centre just a 35-minute ferry ride away. The master bedroom at 10 Tawa features a gas fireplace, en suite bathroom and private deck. One of the bedrooms also doubles as a media room with sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, PlayStation and private terrace. The living areas include a kitchen/dining room with built-in office area, and a deck with superb views and a seating area. The sitting room has a gas fire and leads to an inner courtyard with dining area, fireplace and BBQ.
