Please note that 10% of the total price of the reservation is required by bank transfer or PayPal within 48 hours after booking. Without the 10% prepayment your reservation will be cancelled by the property. The property will contact the guests with bank transfer and PayPal details. It is only possible to pay with credit card (visa) and debit card through a PayPal link that the property send to the guests on request.

Please note that for bookings that are made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, this accommodation requires a 50% pre-payment within 4 hours after the reservation is made. If this pre-payment is not made within those 4 hours, the reservation will be cancelled.

Please note that the fixed amount of EUR 250 stated in the Prepayment Policy is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.

Please note that the obligatory cleaning fee of EUR 75 needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
