This three bedroom house is located in Terherne , just 200 mt from a lake and has a jetty. It is ideal for 6 persons and has a cozy fireplace, a TV with DVD and CD player, a patio, a roof terrace, garden with furniture and a trampoline. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer that can be used , the kitchen has a oven with a microwave and a dishwasher. The center of the city is 800 mt away and restaurants and supermarkets are about 800 mt.

A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required before arrival for possible damages, will be returned in maximum 7 days.
A final cleaning of 60 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory.
Bed linen are available for rent for an additional cost of 7,50 EUR p.p./stay.
Bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the price, guests should bring their own.
Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
