The apartment is located at the edge of the old village "Heven". The location is an optimal mix of a calm environment and easy reachable highway connections to all the sights in the area. In the spacious apartment you can relax after a long day full of impressions in the completely furnished apartment. The house has a fully equipped modern kitchen and with its spacious bathroom and extra separate toilet this apartment easily offers 6 people a pleasant stay. The Ruhr area is unfortunately not well known as a tourist destination. However, this environment offers huge possibilities. Almost immediately behind the house starts a nature reserve where you can walk or cycle endlessly. Also there is a large lake with a private beach nearby. So that all kinds of water sports (water skiing, stand-up paddling, canoeing, etc.) can be practiced here. In the immediate vicinity are several bustling cities where you can shop but also enjoy a vibrant nightlife. In short, an undiscovered place!
