On a quiet street without ongoing traffic lies this former farm house in the township of Sellinghausen near Schmallenberg. The house lies totally quiet on walking distance of the local golf course and offers perferct access to the diverse walking routes through the Rothaar national park which surrounds the village. In the garden you ll find some garden furniture and playing facilities for the children. If you want to make a daytrip we can recommend the towns of Winterberg (30 km.). the lake Edersee (50 km.) or the local center of Schmallenberg (15 km.) where you ll find several typical restaurants and bars.
