The old Rectory is a luxury country house (approx. 580m2) for people who appreciates quality. Around the house everything is available to enjoy: a cinema room with cosy chairs. a traditional and infra red sauna. pool. table tennis. swimming in the river. your own spacious garden and many more extra s. There are 8 spacious bedrooms and 6 luxurious bathrooms. The kitchen is cheerful and professionally equipped. You will not be wanting for anything in the large dining room with a long dining table or in either of the sitting rooms.From the house with a castlelike air. you will find the special nature of the South-Eifel. Malberg is situated in the beautiful Kylltal. a lovely dale with many idyllic villages. situated along the river the Kyll. From Malberg there are many hiking routes set out. At St. Thomas there is a nature path (2.5 km) which is especially enthralling for children to walk in. For the more adventurous hikers. there is the devils cleft at Ernzen (32 km from Malberg). You can hike here. via a narrow path. between boulders of more than 20 m. high. For the cyclist. there are many possibilities to discover the lovely landscape. The mountainbiker can enjoy it fully on the small unpaved paths through the woods. For the long distance cyclists. there is a route outlined along the entire Kyll. The Kyll is 142 km long and offers trained canoeists many challenges. especially in the Spring. In the Summer the Kyll brings mostly too little water to make longer trips possible.
