This is a 4-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 3 levels. It is located 500 m from the centre, 1.4 km from the sea, located by a road. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with satellite-TV and radio. Its open kitchen is equipped with oven, micro wave and electric coffee machine. On the upper floor there are some bedrooms and Shower/WC. On the top floor there is an open room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe, with 1 double sofa bed and TV-connection. Guests can enjoy the terrace 12 m2, south-west facing position, with terrace furniture. For private use there are grounds 237 m2 with lawn. Shop, restaurant are in 500 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Norddeich" 18 km, sandy beach 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.4 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
-Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for 90 EUR/stay or bring their own. Please contact the Keyholder a few days before arrival if you wish to rent bedlinen and/or towels.
