The 3-room apartment has an area of 50 m2, on the top floor, partly with sloping ceilings. There are 2 double bedrooms. The living/dining room includes a satellite-TV, flat screen TV and radio. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, micro wave and an electric coffee machine. For shared use there is a well-kept garden with lawn and flowers. In the house there is central heating. There are 2 bicycles available and table tennis. A supermarket, restaurant and café are 500 m away, the railway station "Aurich", a sandy beach and public bathing area are 15 km away.
