Ba'alche is an all-inclusive oceanfront bungalow on a private beach in Mexico’s protected Sian-Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, home to the world’s second largest coral reef. Free transfers from Chetumal Airport are provided. The bungalow has 2 double beds and 2 single beds. There is a living room and dining area. The private bathroom comes with bathrobes and free toiletries. Lights are available for a few hours during the night. The traditional restaurant, with its high palm-ceiling, offers a Mexican buffet breakfast. International cuisine is offered for lunch. In the evening, you can enjoy a gourmet dinner or have a cocktail overlooking the sea in Captain’s Barba Roja Bar. The eco-friendly bungalow obtains energy from solar panels and wind turbines. Water comes from rain and underground pools. Tours and activities are offered, such waterskiing, kayaking in the mangrove forest and watching crocodiles by night. Guests can explore the underwater ruins of a ship sunk during the Second World War and visit the Starfish breeding ground in the mangroves of Espiritu Santo’s bay.

When cancelling up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be taken as a credit for future stays that can be used within one year, the amount is not refundable.

The Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve is protected by the Mexican government and is located 3 hours from Chetumal. Any guest visiting Sian Ka'an will receive a wristband to prove they have authorization from the government.
