Placed in the suburbs of Puerto Vallarta facing Banderas Bay, this colourful Mexican-style property offers an outdoor pool with a sunbathe area, private beach, BBQ grill and fully equipped facilities. Villa Ventura’s house has safety deposit box, washing machine, dishwasher and CD with DVD player. Bedrooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, plus bathrooms have wooden and marbled details along with both baths and showers. Villa Ventura offers the services of a cook, housekeeper, gardener and security included with the rate. Guests will be able to find several restaurants and eateries within a short 10-minute drive from the house. The beachfront promenade is 15 minutes’ drive from Villa Ventura, and Conchas Chinas Beach can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is 30 minutes’ drive away.
