Fauna Beach Chalet is located on Pulau Perhentian Besar Island in Terengganu, 500 metres from Pantai Telok Dalam Beach. It offers diving and snorkelling opportunities on-site. Fauna Beach Chalet is a 30-minute boat ride from Marine Park. It takes a 50-minute boat ride from Kuala Besut Jetty to reach the resort. Kota Bahru Town is a further 45-minute drive from the jetty. Rooms offer a private terrace overlooking the sea. The en suite bathroom comes with hot water supply. Free mineral water is provided. Guests can play a game of beach volleyball or head for a fishing trip. The resort has a tour desk and dive shop. Barbecue facilities are also available. A selection of Malay, Chinese and Thai cuisine is served in the restaurant. Western food is also available.

The boat departs from Kuala Besut Jetty at 09:30. Guests are requested to be on time.
On the day of departure, guests must check-out by 11:30 to catch the boat transfer back to Kuala Besut Jetty.
