Parking is free. Rooms at Niimi Pension are simply furnished and have wood panelling and wallpaper. All are air-conditioned and have a TV and an electric kettle. Toilets and bathrooms are shared with other guests. Yunomaru Ski Resort is a 20-minute drive from the property. A free shuttle to/from JR Karuizawa Train Station is available most of the year but not during the area’s busy season.
