A 10-minute walk from JR Kyoto Train Station, Guest House Sun Rich offers modern apartments with a kitchen, a living area, a sleeping loft and a combination LCD TV/PC with free internet. All apartments have free Wi-Fi. Each apartment at Guest House In Kyoto Sun Rich Kyoto Station has air conditioning, hardwood floors and a work desk. The living room area comes with a sofa, and a fridge, a microwave and a kettle are provided in the kitchen. Includes a bidet toilet and private bathroom with a bath featuring a flat-screen TV. Each apartment also has a washing machine. Amenities provided include shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toothbrush sets. Face and bath towels are also offered. Nightwear is not provided. The East Gate of Toji Temple is 500 metres away, and Nishi Hongan-ji Temple is about a 15-minute walk. Kiyomizu-dera Temple is 5 km away, and Kyoto Aquarium is a 6-minute walk. Luggage storage is available between 09:00 and 17:00 on guests' arrival/departure dates. No meals are served. Reservations must be paid in full in advance via PayPal (except bookings made within 3 days of check-in date; see Important Information for details).

PAYMENT: For all reservations, guests must pay in advance by credit card via Paypal. The hotel will send an e-mail with a Paypal link about 1 month prior to the check-in date, and the guest must click the link and complete payment by credit card within 7 days after the email is sent. In case of a refund, the payment is refunded via Paypal.
After payment has been received, the hotel will email the security code for the apartment's electronic lock. Guests should go directly to the hotel and use the code to enter.
EXCEPTION: For reservations made 3 or fewer days prior to arrival, the hotel will accept cash payments. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.
