Yurakuso Guesthouse provides Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor, and each room comes with a fridge and an electric kettle. Toilets are shared, and towels and a hairdryer can be rented for a fee. The property is a 5-minute walk to Kamigamo Shrine and a 10-minute walk to Kyoto Botanical Garden. The beautiful Kinkaku-ji Golden Pavilion Shrine and Ryoan-ji Temple are both a 15-minute taxi ride away. Kyoto Station is a 40-minute bus ride. No meals are served.
