Just a 5-minute taxi ride from JR Kyoto Train Station, Econo-Inn offers compact air-conditioned rooms with a balcony, a TV and an en suite bathroom. The lobby has a free-use internet PC, and free WiFi is available in all rooms. Rental bicycles are available. The simply furnished rooms at Econo-Inn Kyoto include a small desk and a Yukata robe. Rooms are cleaned and new towels are provided only once per week (replacement towels can also be obtained at any time for a small fee). Many rooms boast views of Kyoto city. Free coffee and tea are provided at the lobby, and luggage can be stored at the front desk. Econo-Inn Kyoto is a 5-minute walk from Kiyomizu-Gojo Train Station, 650 metres from Exit 5 of Gojo Subway Station and 2 km from Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The Shijo Kawaramachi shopping area and Kyoto Station are both a 15-minute walk. No meals are served.

The entrance of the hotel will be locked from 23:00 to 07:00. A key will be provided upon check-in.

Not all rooms can accommodate extra beds (Japanese futon mattresses). If you wish to use extra futon, please check with the hotel about their availability and the price at time of booking.
If going to the hotel by taxi, tell the driver to go to "Kawaramachi-Rokujo agaru Ichihime-jinja (shrine)". The hotel is opposite the shrine.
The hotel can be reached using Kyoto city buses #205, #17, and #4, departing from the A2 stop at the bus terminal located in front of the Karasuma Exit of Kyoto Station. Get off at Kawaramachi-Gojo (the 4th stop). Go back (south) 200 metres, and the hotel will be on the opposite side of the street.
