A DVD player, kitchen and washing machine are provided. The living room features a sofa and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking lush nature. There is a theatre room and an internet room with a free-use internet PC. Free coffee and tea are provided at the kitchen, and there are free-use lockers. Three bedrooms offer beds, while one Japanese-style room comes with a tatami (woven-straw) floor and traditional futon bedding. Every room has an attached bathroom. Barbecue facilities are available, and the property provides pizza toast, bread and a selection of meat every day. The Hakone is a 10-minute walk from the Hakone Yumoto Onsen Hot Spring.
