A 10-minute walk from Suwa-Jinja Shrine, Ryokan Shouzansou has indoor and open-air hot-spring baths and offers massage services. The Japanese-style rooms are air-conditioned, with a private toilet and shared bathrooms. Guests at Onsen Ryokan Shouzansou sleep on a tatami (woven-straw) floor in traditional Japanese futon bedding. A fridge and slippers are provided. The Hakone Yumoto area is a 50-minute drive, and Lake Ashino is a 30-minute drive away. On-site parking is free. Hakone Lalique Museum is a 5-minute walk and a convenience store is located a 1-minute walk away. Japanese cuisine is offered for breakfast and dinner. Meals are served in guests’ rooms or at the dining room.
