Offering views of the Carmel Mountain and Haifa bay, Theodor Hotel is a few steps from the outdoor market in the historical district of Hadar. It features free Wi-Fi and libraries on all 11 floors. Hotel Theodor is in the heart of the Hadar neighbourhood, home to many shops, bazaars and a pedestrian area. The German Colony with its diverse restaurants, pubs and shops is just 20 minutes away on foot. Rooms here have a modern design with neutral colour schemes and tiled floors. Each one is air conditioned and features an LCD TV with cable channels. A buffet breakfast is served each morning and the hotel also has its own bar and Kosher restaurant. Maza will be served during Passover instead of the hotel's own bread. Haifa's Bahá'í Gardens are 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Haifa Port is 10 minutes' drive away, as is Haifa Center HaShmona Train Station.
