This historical house is situated in the hamlet Monte del Lago, just 100 m from the lake and the beach (road to cross). The two-bedroom apartment of 50 m2 is located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to three persons and offers a washing machine. The living/dining room includes a dining table, flat screen TV and has exit to the patio with sitting area. The kitchenette is equipped with four hotplates, an oven and microwave. One double bedroom with shower, bidet and toilet. One small room with a single bed. The house offers internet access and there are two bicycles and one children's bicycle available. Public parking is available on the road. Within 2 km you can find grocers, a supermarket, restaurants and an outdoor swimming pool. Nearby attractions: Perugia 20 km, Cortona 30 km.
