The two-bedroom apartment of 50 m2 is located on the second floor, can accommodate up to four persons and offers internet access. The entrance hall includes a dining table and TV. The small kitchen is equipped with four hotplates. One bedroom has a single and a double bed. The open gallery has one single bed and the bathroom includes a shower, bidet and toilet. For shared use: fenced garden and swimming pool. There is a toilet/outside shower in the pool area and a barbecue. In the complex: reception, restaurant, linen change for an extra charge. Within 4 km you can find shops, grocers, a supermarket, shopping centre and bars. The property was a former convent first dated back to the 11 century, surrounded by an exclusive park over 2 hectares large and with panoramic terraces. The position of Amelia is at the borders of 3 regions, Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. 50 km from the centre of Perugia, 90 km from the centre of Roma.
