This is a 5-room semi-detached house 115 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, fully renovated in 2004. large living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, dining corner and TV. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 2 year olds. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. This farmhouse, recently renovated, is the oldest part of the estate. There are also 2 apartments, one for the caretaker and one, seldom used, for the owners. 2 km from the centre of Volterra, Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, 15.05.-15.10.) with built-in steps. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, central heating, washing machine. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking available by the house. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station 10 km.
