The apartment is in the small village of Bagnaia, inside an elegant residence of terraced houses, located at about 400 metres from the sandy and pebble beach, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Portoferraio, along the road to get to the beaches of Nisporto and Nisportino, on the northern side of Elba. The town of Portoferraio is far from about 12 km. Nearby the house, in Bagnaia you can find shops, pizzerias and restaurants. The two-floor apartment is for 6/8 persons and is composed of a living room, which opens onto the garden with porch, kitchenette with dishwasher and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms (one with balcony and one with access to the outside at the rear), bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine. TV. Modern and comfortable furnishings. The garden in front of the house is well equipped with table, chairs and beach chairs. Private parking place.
