Holiday Home Villa Roberta Castiglione della Pescaia is set on the edge of a pinewood in the exclusive Rocca Mare complex, located between Castiglione della Pescaia (3 km) and Punta Ala (10 km). There is a private garden and the home provides also a satellite-TV, fireplace, washing machine, outside shower, terrace with garden furniture and BBQ facilities. Parking is possible by the house in the grounds. The holiday home is situated in a 5000m2 property, where there is also the owner's holiday home. The nature reserve extends over an area of about 200 hectares, it is enclosed and patrolled day and night so as to allow only authorised access. Just 400m away is the private beach with changing-rooms and straw-roofed structures providing shade from the sun. It can also be reached by walking or biking. Shop is in 2km and a sandy beach in 500m. It is 3 km from the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia, 10 km from the centre of Punta Ala.
