A large communal room is available upon request for group dinners. meetings. etc. The garden is 50 square meters and has a fence around.The position is ideal for a trip to or a climb of Mount Etna or for spending a day by the sea.This is a studio apartment built from part of the former stable block. featuring a small private terrace.
