A traditional Sicilian style villa from the early 1900s, set on the gentle slopes of a hill with view. The Mediterranean gardens are rich in flowers and plants which provide a quiet heaven of relaxation and separate the house from the nearby Spisone beach, only 200 meters away. On the ground floor there is a lounge with fire place and antique Sicilian floor paving. The spacious well equipped kitchen is next to a second dining room. A long and charming corridor takes to the spacious terrace with patio, barbecue and jacuzzi with view on the sea. Many possibilities to create your favorite space for breakfast and dinner on the terrace or in the garden. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and own bathroom and small terrace on the charming view of the sea. The two other bed rooms are next the other and have their own bathrooms. All the bedrooms are independent, two of the three bedrooms have their terrace or small patio which overlook the garden or the sea and ensures guests absolute privacy. Please note that the obligatory cleaning includes 4 hours on Wednesdays.
