Guests who wish to check in between 20:00 and 23:00 must contact the property in advance. Please note that check-in between 23:00 and 01:00 is possible if arranged in advance, but it is subject to a late arrival fee.
A security deposit of 200 EUR is payable at check-in and will be refunded at check-out provided than no damage has been done to the apartment.
Unless booking a non refundable rate, you are requested to pay for the entire stay at check-in.
Rates include utilities, first set of bed and bathroom linen and final cleaning. Before leaving, guests must clean the kitchenette, otherwise an extra charge will apply.
